- We act as a channel between the Donors and the NGOs
- We provide webpages but not websites
- We collect resources (monetary+material) and distribute them as material only
- We ensure that the transfer of the resources between the Donors and the NGOs will be transparent
- We are not an NGO, we only empower other NGOs
