Chandra Rajeshwara Old Age Home is funded by CR foundation.

People pay 50% of their expenditure since they are all educated and stay there for convenience rather than out of necessity. A few are funded by the foundation itself.

Advanced deposits (Rs.10,000) are taken from the old people when they join and in case someone wants to adopt a person it costs Rs.25,000 per annum.

Criteria of selection

Selected for stay on the basis of the social work they have done (like participation in freedom struggle and other social actvities).
